राफेल मामले (Rafale Deal) पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) ने अरुण शौरी और अन्य की याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए सरकार से दस दिनों के भीतर सील बंद लिफाफे में राफेल विमान की कीमत और उसके डिटेल जमा करने को कहा है. बता दें कि पिछली बार सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सिर्फ सौदे की प्रक्रिया की जानकारी मांगी थी. मगर इस बार सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने महज 10 दिनों के भीतर राफेल की कीमत और उसकी विस्तृत जानकारी मांगी है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि सरकार जो भी जानकारी कोर्ट को दे, वह याचिकाकर्ताओं को भी दे ताकि वह इस पर अपना जवाब दे सके. कोर्ट ने कहा कि सरकार को लगता है कि कोई जानकारी गोपनीय है तो वह उसे याचिकाकर्ता को देने से मना कर सकती है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केन्द्र सरकार को कहा है कि वह राफ़ेल डील में क़ीमत के बारे में जानकारी दस दिनों में सीलबंद लिफ़ाफ़े में कोर्ट को दें और ऑफसेट पार्टनर कैसे चुना गया ये भी बताएं.

Sixteen former police personnel have been sentenced to life for killing 42 people of a minority community in Uttar Pradesh in 1987. राफेल मामले (Rafale Deal) पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) ने अरुण शौरी और अन्य की याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए सरकार से दस दिनों के भीतर सील बंद लिफाफे में राफेल विमान की कीमत और उसके डिटेल जमा करने को कहा है. बता दें कि पिछली बार सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सिर्फ सौदे की प्रक्रिया की जानकारी मांगी थी. मगर इस बार सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने महज 10 दिनों के भीतर राफेल की कीमत और उसकी विस्तृत जानकारी मांगी है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि सरकार जो भी जानकारी कोर्ट को दे, वह याचिकाकर्ताओं को भी दे ताकि वह इस पर अपना जवाब दे सके. कोर्ट ने कहा कि सरकार को लगता है कि कोई जानकारी गोपनीय है तो वह उसे याचिकाकर्ता को देने से मना कर सकती है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केन्द्र सरकार को कहा है कि वह राफ़ेल डील में क़ीमत के बारे में जानकारी दस दिनों में सीलबंद लिफ़ाफ़े में कोर्ट को दें और ऑफसेट पार्टनर कैसे चुना गया ये भी बताएं.

Anticipating protests by locals who demand compensation for the land used for the enormous figure, thousands of police personnel were deployed ahead of the inauguration. दिल्ली में प्रदूषण से हालात खराब, पुरानीं गाड़ियों को जब्त करने के आदेश
दिल्ली सहित एनसीआर में अभी से प्रदूषण की स्थिति दिनोंदिन खराब हो रही है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट इस मसले पर सख्त है. कोर्ट ने दिल्ली सरकार से 10 साल पुरानी डीज़ल और 15 साल पुरानी पेट्रोल गाड़ियों की लिस्ट वेबसाइट पर डालने को कहा. साथ ही ये लिस्ट अखबारों में भी प्रकाशित करने के निर्देश दे चुका है.इन गाड़ियों के सड़क पर दिखने पर उन्हें ज़ब्त करने के आदेश भी दिए गए हैं.कोर्ट ने EPCA को आपात स्थिति के लिए पहले से उपाय करने और सेंट्रल पॉल्यूशन कंट्रोल बोर्ड से शिकायतें दर्ज कराने के लिए सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट बनाने को कहा है.

दिल्ली सहित एनसीआर में अभी से प्रदूषण की स्थिति दिनोंदिन खराब हो रही है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट इस मसले पर सख्त है. कोर्ट ने दिल्ली सरकार से 10 साल पुरानी डीज़ल और 15 साल पुरानी पेट्रोल गाड़ियों की लिस्ट वेबसाइट पर डालने को कहा. साथ ही ये लिस्ट अखबारों में भी प्रकाशित करने के निर्देश दे चुका है.इन गाड़ियों के सड़क पर दिखने पर उन्हें ज़ब्त करने के आदेश भी दिए गए हैं.कोर्ट ने EPCA को आपात स्थिति के लिए पहले से उपाय करने और सेंट्रल पॉल्यूशन कंट्रोल बोर्ड से शिकायतें दर्ज कराने के लिए सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट बनाने को कहा है.

The domestic stock markets started Tuesday's session on a negative note amid mixed global cues. The S&P BSE Sensex opened at 34,068.92 against its previous close of 34,067.40. The broader Nifty50 index started at 10,239.40 as compared to the last close of 10,250.85. In the first few minutes of trade, the 30-share Sensex traded at 33,958.57, down 108.83 points or 0.32 per cent, and the 50-scrip Nifty was at 10,208.45, with a loss of 42.40 points or 0.41 per cent.

दूरदर्शन की टीम पर नक्सली हमला, कैमरामैन और दो जवानों की मौत
छत्तीसगढ़ में दंतेवाड़ा के आरनपुर(Naxals in Dantewada's Aranpur) में दूरदर्शन के क्रू पर नक्सलियों के हमला की घटना सामने आई है. इस मुठभेड़ में कैमरामैन और दो पुलिस कर्मी शहीद हो गए हैं. नक्सलियों की गोली का शिकार हुआ कैमरामैन दूरदर्शन के दिल्ली दफ्तर से यहां शूटिंग के लिए आया था. इस हमले में एक सब इंस्पेक्टर और आरक्षक के भी शहीद होने की खबर है. एसपी घटना स्थल के लिए रवाना हुए हैं. पुलिस-नक्सली मुठभेड़ में मीडिया कर्मियों की टीम भी फंस गई. उसी वक्त यह घटना हुई.
