प्रयागराज के कुंभ में नहीं बिछड़ेंगे बच्चे, बनाया गया डिजिटल खोया-पाया केंद्र

देश में डिजिटल कुंभ हो रहा है. इस मेले में कोई राम या श्याम खोता है तो वह तुरंत अपने घर पहुंच सकता है अगर उसके गले में एक आरएफआईडी कार्ड लटका हो. ये आरएफआईडी कॉर्ड यह एक आइडेंटिटी कार्ड की तरह साधारण कार्ड है जो बच्चे के गले में लटका रहेगा. इस कार्ड पर लिखा है 'यदि मैं खो जाऊं तो मेरी मदद करें. साथ ही मुझे किसी नजदीकी खोया पाया केन्द्र के वोडफोन सेंटर पर पहुंचा दें.'

राजस्थान की रामगढ़ विधानसभा पर कांग्रेस ने जीत हासिल कर ली है. कांग्रेस की उम्मीदवार साफिया जुबैर खान को 83311 वोट मिले हैं तो वहीं भाजपा 71083 को वोटों के साथ दूसरे नंबर पर रही. बहुजन समाज पार्टी के उम्मीदवार जगत सिंह को केवल 24156 वोट ही मिल पाए. नतीजों का ऐलान होने से पहले भाजपा के उम्मीवार सुखवंत सिंह मतदान केंद्र छोड़कर चले गए थे, उन्होंने उस दौरान कहा कि बहुजन समाज पार्टी ने हमारे वोट काटे हैं, जिसकी वजह से हम हार गए.

दो दिनों बाद कोच्चि और चेन्नई में पहली प्रो-वॉलीबॉल लीग शुरू होगी जिसे लेकर इस खेल के चाहने वालों में थोड़ी बेताबी तो है. लेकिन इस खेल से जुड़े अधिकारी, अब भी बाक़ी लीगों की तुलना में इसे लोकप्रिय बनाने की ज़ोर-शोर से कोशिश करते नहीं दिख रहे. फिर भी खिलाड़ी और आयोजक इसके हिट होने की उम्मीद कर रहे हैं. भारतीय बैडमिंटन स्टार पीवी सिंधु के माता-पिता (विजया सिंधु और पीवी रमन्ना) इस खेल में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर तक टीम की नुमाइंदगी करते रहे. लेकिन ये भी सच है कि उन्हें भी बड़ी पहचान सिंधु के ज़रिये ही हासिल हो पाई. शायद बहुत कम लोग जानते हों कि पीवी सिंधु के पिता पीवी रमनन्ना ने 1986 के सिओल एशियाड में भारतीय टीम के साथ कांस्य पदक जीता था. इस लीग को लेकर बैडमिंटन स्टार पीवी सिंधु बेहद उत्साहित हैं. वो कहती हैं, "यकीनन इस लीग की ज़रूरत थी. इससे इस खेल को ज़रूर फ़ायदा होना चाहिए."

आईसीआईसीआई बैंक की पूर्व सीईओ चंदा कोचर की मुसीबत बढ़ गई है. बैंक के बोर्ड ऑफ डायरेक्टर्स ने फ़ैसला किया है कि चंदा कोचर के बैंक से अलग होने को 'Termination for Cause' माना जाएगा यानी किसी वजह से नौकरी से निकाला जाना. इसका सीधा मतलब ये है कि उन्हें नौकरी से निकाला गया माना जाएगा. इसके बाद उन्हें मौजूदा और भविष्य में मिलने वाले सभी फ़ायदे बंद कर दिए जाएंगे चाहे वो बोनस हों, इनक्रीमेंट हों, स्टॉक ऑप्शन हों या मेडिकल बेनेफिट. यही नहीं, अप्रैल 2009 से मार्च 2018 तक जो भी बोनस उन्हें दिए गए उन्हें वापस वसूला जाएगा. चंदा कोचर के मामले से जुड़ी जांच रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि उन्होंने बैंक को दिए गए सालाना घोषणाएं यानी annual disclosures को बताने में ईमानदारी नहीं बरती. जो कि बैंक की अंदरूनी पॉलिसी, कोड ऑफ़ कंडक्ट और भारत के क़ानून के तहत ज़रूरी है.

उच्चतम न्यायालय ने कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता पी चिदंबरम के बेटे कार्ति चिदंबरम को न्यायालय की रजिस्ट्री में 10 करोड़ रुपए जमा कराने की शर्त पर विदेश जाने की बुधवार को अनुमति प्रदान की. साथ ही न्यायालय ने उन्हें ‘कानून के साथ खिलवाड़ नहीं करने’ की चेतावनी देते हुये आईएनएक्स और एयरसेल मैक्सिस मामलों की जांच में सहयोग करने की हिदायत दी. शीर्ष अदालत ने कार्ति से आईएनएक्स मीडिया और एयरसेल मैक्सिस मामलों में पूछताछ के लिए पांच, छह, सात और 12 मार्च को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय के समक्ष पेश होने का निर्देश दिया. प्रधान न्यायाधीश रंजन गोगोई के नेतृत्व वाली पीठ ने कहा, ‘आपको 10 से 26 फरवरी के बीच जहां जाना हो वहां जाएं, लेकिन पूछताछ में सहयोग जरूर करें.’

Crisis-hit private carrier Jet Airways has been forced to ground part of its 123-aircraft fleet following non-payment of dues to lenders, which has led to cancellation of some domestic flights, sources said. The airline however denies the cancellations are due to grounding of aircraft. The cash crunch has also pushed the airline to delay salaries for its employees and the airline, struggling with a debt of around Rs. 700 crore, needs an urgent cash infusion to keep its operations going.

उच्चतम न्यायालय ने कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता पी चिदंबरम के बेटे कार्ति चिदंबरम को न्यायालय की रजिस्ट्री में 10 करोड़ रुपए जमा कराने की शर्त पर विदेश जाने की बुधवार को अनुमति प्रदान की. साथ ही न्यायालय ने उन्हें ‘कानून के साथ खिलवाड़ नहीं करने’ की चेतावनी देते हुये आईएनएक्स और एयरसेल मैक्सिस मामलों की जांच में सहयोग करने की हिदायत दी. शीर्ष अदालत ने कार्ति से आईएनएक्स मीडिया और एयरसेल मैक्सिस मामलों में पूछताछ के लिए पांच, छह, सात और 12 मार्च को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय के समक्ष पेश होने का निर्देश दिया. प्रधान न्यायाधीश रंजन गोगोई के नेतृत्व वाली पीठ ने कहा, ‘आपको 10 से 26 फरवरी के बीच जहां जाना हो वहां जाएं, लेकिन पूछताछ में सहयोग जरूर करें.’

नए SC/ST एक्ट पर रोक लगाने से SC का इनकार
नए SC/ST एक्ट यानी 2018 के संशोधित एससी-एसटी कानून (SC/ST Act) पर रोक लगाने से सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इनकार कर दिया है. अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट मामले की सुनवाई 19 फरवरी को करेगा. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि मार्च 2018 के फैसले के बाद कानून में संशोधन किया गया है. इसे लेकर केंद्र ने पुर्नविचार याचिका दाखिल की है. नए कानून को लेकर भी जनहित याचिकाएं दाखिल हैं. ऐसे में पीठ सारे मामलों की एक साथ सुनवाई करेगी. इस मामले में विस्तृत सुनवाई की जरूरत है.

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने आज देश भर के दो हज़ार से ज़्यादा छात्रों से रूबरू हुए. दिल्ली के तालकटोरा स्टेडियम में 'परीक्षा पे चर्चा' कार्यक्रम में पीएम मोदी परीक्षार्थियों को तनाव से उबरने का मंत्र दिया. प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा परीक्षा का महत्व है, लेकिन अगर हम ये सोचें कि यह ज़िंदगी की परीक्षा नहीं है तो हमारा भार कम हो जाएगा. इस परीक्षा के बाहर भी ज़िंदगी है. परीक्षा को एक अवसर मानें और इसका आनंद उठाएं. एक सवाल के जवाब में दौरान एक महिला अभिभावक ने पीएम मोदी को बताया कि पहले मेरा बेटा पढ़ाई में ठीक था, लेकिन आजकल ऑनलाइन गेम्स की वजह से वो कमज़ोर हो गया है. इस पर तुरंत पीएम मोदी ने कहा, 'ये PUBG वाला है क्या'. पीएम के इस जवाब पर पूरा स्टेडियम तालियों से गूंज उठा. प्रधानमंत्री ने अभिभावकों को भी सलाह दी और कहा कि बच्चों पर अपने सपने न थोपें क्योंकि दबाव में बच्चे बिखर जाते हैं. अगर बच्चा असफल भी होता है तो मां-बाप उनका हौसला बढ़ाएं. सोशल स्टेटस की वजह से दबाव न पालें.
