चुनावी हलफनामे में जानकारी छिपाने के मामले में HC का फैसला रद्द

महाराष्ट्र के CM देवेंद्र फडणवीस को सुप्रीम कोर्ट की ओर से मंगलवार को बड़ा झटका चला है. चुनावी हलफनामे में जानकारी छिपाने के मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हाईकोर्ट का फैसला रद्द करते हुए उनके खिलाफ ट्रायल चलाने का आदेश दिया है. उनके खिलाफ मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट में ट्रायल चलेगा. महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस के खिलाफ दाखिल याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फैसला सुनाया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट को यह तय करना था कि 2014 के चुनावी हलफनामे में आपराधिक केसों की जानकारी छिपाने पर फडणवीस के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई की इजाजत दी जाए या नहीं.

दिल्ली के करोल बाग में लिंग जांच की शिकायत मिलने के बाद राज्य पुलिस और स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने कॉल सेंटर पर छापा मारा है. छापा मारने के बाद पता चला कि इस कॉल सेंटर से महिलाओं को IVF से बेटा पैदा करने के लिए विदेश भेजा जाता था. देश भर के करीब 100 IVF सेंटर से था इस कॉल सेंटर का टाइअप था. यह कॉल सेंटर दो साल से चल रहा है और अब तक करीब 6 लाख मरीजों को विदेश भेज चुका है. कॉल सेंटर का मालिक IIT इंजीनियर है. कॉल सेंटर में करीब 300 लोग काम करते हैं. पुलिस और स्वास्थ्य विभाग मामले की जांच कर रहे हैं

देश के कई हिस्सों में बारिश ने एकबार फिर से कहर बरपा दिया है. बारिश से संबंधित घटनाओं में उत्तर प्रदेश में अब तक करीब 73 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है. जबकि बिहार में 70 से ज्यादा लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है. लगातार बारिश से राज्य की राजधानी पटना की सड़कों और अन्य क्षेत्रों में जलभराव हो गया और दो मंत्रियों के घर पानी में घिर गए. मौसम विभाग ने रविवार को पूर्वी उत्तर प्रदेश में अलग-अलग स्थानों पर भारी बारिश होने का अनुमान जताया है. सरकार की तरफ से जारी बयान के अनुसार बारिश के कारण घर गिरने, पेड़ गिरने तथा सांप के काटने के चलते लोगों की मौत हुई. कच्चे मकानों के गिरने के अलावा दीवार गिरने के कारण भी लोगों की मौत हुई है. सरकार की ओर से जारी बयान में कहा गया है कि वर्षाजनित इन हादसों में कई लोग घायल भी हुए हैं.

उन्नाव रेप पीड़िता को दिल्ली एम्स से मंगलवार को देर शाम को डिस्चार्ज कर दिया गया. अगले सात दिनों तक पीड़िता और उसके परिवार को एम्स के जय प्रकाश नारायण ट्रामा सेंटर के हॉस्टल में रखा जाएगा. दरअसल तीस हजारी कोर्ट का आदेश है कि पीड़िता को डिस्चार्ज के बादअगले 7 दिनों तक ट्रामा सेंटर हॉस्टल में रहने की अस्थाई व्यवस्था की जाए. पीड़िता यहां अपने परिवार के सदस्यों- मां, दो बहन और एक भाई के साथ रहेगी. पीड़िता के परिवार वालों ने कोर्ट से कहा कि उनकी जान को उनके गांव में खतरा है लिहाजा अपनी सुरक्षा के मद्देनजर वह दिल्ली में ही रहना चाहते है. इसके बाद अदालत ने गवाह सुरक्षा दिशा-निर्देशों के तहत ये निर्देश दिए. उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने रिपोर्ट में कहा था कि पीड़िता का परिवार राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में रहना चाहता है.

A large number of AK-47 assault rifles and grenades dropped in Amritsar by heavy-lifting drones that came from Pakistan, just across the border, was for terrorists to create trouble in Jammu and Kashmir, sources in the Punjab Police have told NDTV. The drones carried out eight 'sorties' in 10 days this month to drop the weapons, including satellite phones, on Indian soil, the sources said, asking not to be identified. These flying machines can carry up to 5 kg and they flew fast and low to evade detection, sources said.

ड्रोन से भारत हथियार भेज जा रहा है पाकिस्तान

पंजाब में एक बड़े आतंकी मॉड्यूल का भंडाफोड़ करने के दो दिन बाद ही पंजाब पुलिस ने एक और बड़ा खुलासा किया है. पंजाब पुलिस ने दावा किया है कि पाकिस्तान ने ड्रोन की मदद से हथियारों का जखीरा अमृतसर के पास उतारा है. पंजाब पुलिस के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी के अनुसार पाकिस्तान ने ड्रोन की मदद से आठ से ज्यादा बार हथियार भेजे गए हैं. उन्होंने बताया कि यह ड्रोन काफी कम ऊंचाई पर उड़ाए जाते थे इसलिए इनके बारे में किसी को पता नहीं चल सका. अधिकारी का दावा है कि आतंकी पहले इन हथियारों को ड्रोन की मदद से जम्मू-कश्मीर में उतारना चाहते थे लेकिन उन्होंने इस बार इसके लिए पंजाब को चुनाव. बता दें कि पंजाब पुलिस ने कुछ दिन पहले खालिस्तान जिंदाबाद फोर्स के चार सदस्यों को भी गिरफ्तार किया था.

खूंटी में मॉब लिंचिंग का मामला सामने आया है. इस मामले में एक शख्स की मौत हो गई और 2 लोग गंभीर रूप से घायल हैं. तीनों लोगों पर ग्रामीणों को शक था कि वो प्रतिबंधित मांस बेच रहे थे. यह जानकारी डीआईजी एवी होमकर ने रविवार को दी. होमकर ने कहा, 'सुबह 10 बजे कर्रा पुलिस स्टेशन के प्रभारी को कुछ ग्रामीणों ने जानकारी दी कि कुछ लोग प्रतिबंधित मांस बेच रहे हैं और ग्रामीणों ने उन्हें पकड़ लिया है और उनकी पिटाई हो रही है. पुलिस जब वहां पहुंची तो पाया कि तीन लोगों की गांववालों ने पिटाई कर दी है. दो लोगों को इलाज के लिए रांची के रिम्स भेजा गया. एक शख्स की इलाज के लिए ले जाने के दौरान मौत हो गई.'

केंद्र सरकार ने ट्रैफिक नियमों में सुधार के लिए नियमों के उल्लंघन करने पर लगने वाले जुर्माने में भारी बढ़ोतरी कर दी थी, जिसके बाद देश भर से लाखों-लाखों रुपए के चालान काटे जाने की खबरें आने लगी. इन्हीं खबरों के बीच कुछ राज्य सरकारों ने अपने यहां बढ़े ट्रैफिक जुर्माने को या तो कम कर दिया है या फिर लागू करने से ही इंकार कर दिया है. इनमें सबसे पहले गुजरात ने अपने यहां ट्रैफिक जुर्माने को कम कर किया. इसके बाद पश्चिम बंगाल ने जुर्माने को लागू करने से ही इंकार दिया. अब कर्नाटक से भी ऐसी ही खबर आ रही है. कर्नाटक सरकार ने अपने यहां भी बढ़े जुर्माने को कम करने का ऐलान कर किया है. देखें रिपोर्ट.
