कोरोना के मामलों में एक बार फिर इजाफा देखने को मिल रहा है. गुरुवार को स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी आंकड़ों के अनुसार पिछले 24 घंटों में 2,11,298 नए मामले सामने आए हैं जबकि 3847 मरीजों की मौत हुई है. मंगलवार को संक्रमितों की संख्या 2 लाख से कम दर्ज की गई थी जबकि बुधवार को यह 2.08 लाख रही थी. राहत की बात ये है कि इस दौरान संक्रमण मुक्त होने वालों की तादाद दैनिक मामलों से ज्यादा है.

Towards the end of every month, the ministry issues fresh nationwide Covid directives or extends the existing ones till the end of the next month. In Haryana, Law For Recovery Of Damage To Property During Protests

A law which allows the authorities to recover compensation from violent protesters who cause damage to property has come into effect in Haryana. Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij said on Wednesday that the Act was notified by the state government earlier this month. "With the implementation of the Act in the state, any damage done to people's shops, houses, government offices, vehicles, buses and other public property in guise of any movement will be recovered from the protesters," he said, as per an official statement. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Tuesday predicted that the cyclonic storm Yaas is going to intensity into a "very severe cyclonic storm" in the next 12 hours. "The severe cyclonic storm Yaas over east-central Bay of Bengal moved north-northwestwards with a speed of about 9 kmph during past six hours and lay centred at 9 UTC of May 24 over east-central Bay of Bengal," IMD said in its bulletin.

तूफान ताउते के बाद अब एक और चक्रवाती तूफान यास का खतरा पश्चिम बंगाल और ओडिशा में बन गया है. मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक इसके बुधवार 26 मई तक ओडिशा और बंगाल के तट को पार करने की उम्मीद है. आशंका जताई जा रही है कि खतरनाक तूफान में तब्दील हो चुके यास के तट से टकराने के दौरान हवा की रफ्तार 160 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे तक पहुंच सकती है. बंगाल की खाड़ी और उसके आस पास के इलाक़ों में इस तूफ़ान का असर दिखने भी लगा है. इन इलाक़ों में तेज बारिश शुरू हो गई है .

Maharashtra on Saturday reported 26,133 fresh COVID-19 cases and 682 deaths, taking the tally to 55,53,225 and the death count to 87,300, the state health department said. With 40,294 patients getting discharged during the day, Maharashtra's overall count of recoveries rose to 51,11,095, leaving the state with 3,52,247 active cases, it said, adding the case recovery rate improved to 92.04 per cent while the fatality rate increased to 1.57 per cent.

दिल्ली में कोरोना वैक्सीन की भारी कमी हो गई है. इसकी वजह से आज से 18 से 44 साल के लोगों का वैक्सीनेशन बंद कर दिया गया है. साथ ही पिछले दो दिनों में कई वैक्सीनेशन सेंटरों को बंद कर दिया गया है. जिन सेंटरों पर कोवैक्सीन लगाई जा रही थी उन्हें पहले ही बंद किया जा चुका है. अब कोविशील्ड लगाने वाले टीकाकरण केंद्र भी बंद होने लगे हैं.

Maharashtra Records 26,133 New COVID-19 Cases, 682 Deaths

Maharashtra on Saturday reported 26,133 fresh COVID-19 cases and 682 deaths, taking the tally to 55,53,225 and the death count to 87,300, the state health department said. With 40,294 patients getting discharged during the day, Maharashtra's overall count of recoveries rose to 51,11,095, leaving the state with 3,52,247 active cases, it said, adding the case recovery rate improved to 92.04 per cent while the fatality rate increased to 1.57 per cent.
