कोरोना वैक्सीन कहीं भी बने, यहां कारगर होगी : CCMB
कई देशों में कोरोनावायरस की वैक्सीन को लेकर ट्रायल चल रहे हैं. CSIR के CCMB ने दावा किया है कि दुनिया में कहीं भी अगर कोरोना की वैक्सीन बनती है तो वह भारत में पूरी तरह से कारगर होगी. देश में 24 वैक्सीन क्लिनिकल ट्रायल के पहले फेज में हैं. कई देशों के साथ-साथ भारत में भी वैक्सीन का ह्यूमन ट्रायल जारी है. बता दें कि देश में कोरोना मामलों की संख्या करीब 17 लाख हो चुकी है. अब तक 36 हजार से ज्यादा मरीजों की मौत हुई है.

उत्तर प्रदेश में अपराध थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है. यूपी के बुलंदशहर में 8 दिन से लापता वकील का शव मिला है. वकील का नाम धर्मेंद्र चौधरी था. उनका शव मार्बल गोदाम से बरामद किया गया. शव को जलाकर दबा दिया गया था. शव पर धारदार हथियार से वार के निशान मिले हैं. परिजनों का आरोप है कि धर्मेंद्र चौधरी की अपहरण के बाद हत्या की गई है. शव मिलने के बाद बुलंदशहर के खुर्जा कोतवाली नगर में तनाव फैल गया.

From claiming to have flattened the coronavirus curve in the beginning of May, to over 20,000 cases in Kerala by the end of July, the state has been seeing a continuous spike in COVID-19 cases. Speaking to NDTV over the current situation in Kerala, Health Minister KK Shailaja said, "While we did flatten the curve in May with repeated zero new cases, we were also expecting cases to spike eventually. We did our best to contain the spread but as inter-state movement increased, people started violating COVID-19 protocols after lockdown like avoiding inter-state passes, check-posts and even other guidelines - all crucial to contain COVID 19. Over 6 lakh people have returned to Kerala from other states, as well as foreign countries during the pandemic."

The UGC Thursday justified in the Supreme Court it decision directing all universities and institutions to hold final year or semester examinations in September saying it was done to protect the academic future of students across the country. The University Grants Commission (UGC) filed a 50-page affidavit on a batch of petitions, including the one filed by Shiv Sena's youth wing "Yuva Sena", which have challenged its guidelines issued on July 6 for holding the exams in September amidst the persisting coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Either one of the mother tongue or the local/regional language will be the medium of instruction up to Class 5 in all schools, the government said Wednesday while launching the National Education Policy 2020. Among other changes in the revision of the NEP, last done over three decades ago, is the extension of right to education to cover all children between three and 18 years of age. The policy also proposes vocational education, with internships, for students from Class 6, a change to the 10+2 schooling structure and a four-year bachelor's programme.

मुंबई में कोरोना हॉटस्पॉट रही धारावी में जरूरतमंदों को जिंदगी देने के लिए प्लाज्मा डोनेशन कैंप शुरू हुआ. तीन दिन पहले यहां प्लाज्मा स्क्रीनिंग कैंप लगाया गया था. कोरोना पॉजिटिव से नेगेटिव हुए धारावी के पुलिसवालों ने इसकी शुरूआत की और 400 से ज्यादा लोग प्लाज्मा स्क्रीनिंग कैंप में पहुंचे थे. बता दें कि एक समय में धारावी में हर रोज कोरोना के सैकड़ों मामले सामने आ रहे थे लेकिन अब ऐसा लगता है कि वहां के लोगों ने कोरोना पर नियंत्रण पा लिया है.

महाराष्ट्र में कोरोना से 13656 मरीजों की मौत

महाराष्ट्र में कोरोना के मामले नहीं थम रहे हैं. राज्य में संक्रमितों की संख्या 3.75 लाख पार हो गई है. कोरोना से अब तक कुल 13656 मरीजों की मौत हुई है. प्रदेश में पिछले 24 घंटों में 9431 मामले सामने आए. 267 लोगों की मौत हुई. 2.13 लाख मरीज कोरोना से ठीक हो चुके हैं. महाराष्ट्र में रिकवरी रेट 56 फीसदी के पार हो गया है. राज्य में अब तक कोरोना के करीब 19 लाख सैंपल टेस्ट किए जा चुके हैं. मुंबई में अब तक 1.13 लाख कोरोना केस सामने आए हैं और 6093 मरीजों की मौत हुई है.

देश में कोरोनावायरस के सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित राज्य महाराष्ट्र है. वहां कोरोना के मामले तेजी से बढ़ रहे हैं. राज्य में 3.66 लाख से ज्यादा केस सामने आ चुके हैं और अब तक 13 हजार से ज्यादा लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है. पिछले 24 घंटों की बात करें तो इस दौरान 9251 नए मामले सामने आए और 257 लोगों की मौत हुई. अब तक 2.07 लाख मरीज ठीक हो चुके हैं. प्रदेश में रिकवरी रेट 56 फीसदी के पार हो चुका है. अब तक 18.36 लाख टेस्ट किए जा चुके हैं.

Domestic gold and silver futures soared to all-time highs on Wednesday tracking a global rally, with the yellow metal contract climbing above the Rs 50,000 mark for the first time ever. Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) gold futures - due for delivery on August 5 - rose by Rs 493 or 1 per cent to a record Rs 50,020 in morning. Silver futures due for a September 4 delivery climbed to a record Rs 60,782, surging 6 per cent from their previous close of Rs 57,342. Sky-high prices have already dampened retail demand for gold in India, the world's second largest consumer of the precious metal.

मुंबई में नहीं थम रहा कोरोना, 24 घंटे में 58 मरीजों की मौत
