Nationwide Farmers' Protest Today; Punjab, Haryana Likely To See Total Shutdown
Several farmers' bodies have called for a 'Bharat Bandh' protest today, against the new bills related to the agricultural sector passed in parliament during the monsoon session. With both the ruling Congress and opposition AAP, as well as NDA ally SAD supportive of the farmers' agenda, Punjab is set to see a massive protest.
